The number of homes sold continues to decline from its peak in 2006 and the number of days on market has increased dramatically. Prices also declined a bit for the month of June but, surprisingly, not by much if we consider the length of time homes stay on the market.

This year, about half of the number of homes were sold in Helotes in comparison with last year.  Those homes have been staying on the market longer.
