Much can be done when a plan is set to motion. Each morning, go over the “to do” list before setting out. When meeting people, maintain eye contact and make a sincere effort to listen. Phone past clients, offering your services to their family and friends. 
 
Connect every day, in some way with people in the office, at a favorite restaurant or industry event. While we all are separate people with different lifestyles, motivations, and goals, together we are able to create more meaningful relationships.

Tenacity and adapting can get you through it!
 
Growing up poor wasn't a choice, it was simply circumstances and environment. As a child, I endured bullying by other kids due to being different than them and yearned for the normalcy that other kids experienced.
 
While physically small, I more than make up for that in tenacity. From a young age, I learned about how important a determined work ethic played in earning a good living.
