Aloha from Princeville Kauai,Wow! This was one busy condo week, with condos flying off the shelf as eager buyers scooped them up! Houses didn’t fare quite as well but there were a few closings. Here we are halfway through April and we are at 39 sales as we aim to beat the 94 sales set last April....
