Aloha, This Mar 2011 improved over Mar 2010 by 15 extra sales, going from 60 to 75 which is a 25% increase. Of the 75 sales this year, 35 were residential sales, 15 were land, there were 24 condo sales and 1 business sold. Year to date there were 194 sales compared to 154 in this time last year ...

Aloha, We ended March with 75 sales which is a 25% increase over the 60 sales in Mar 2010. Year to date we are at 194 compared to this time last year when we had 154 sales.
