Aloha, As I'm sure you know, there was a tsunami warning on Kauai this week, which fortunately turned out to be a ‘non-event' here in Princeville. Aloha, It's been a pretty blustery, rainy week, for the most part with torrential downpours in Kapaa most of Friday. Aloha, Good news continues in 2011 with a sales increase for Feb 11 of 50% with a total of 60 sales, 20 more than the 40 that occurred in Feb 10. Year to date we are at 118 sales compared to 94 this time last year. Of this month's 60 sales, 26 were residential, 9 land, 4 commercial and 21 condos....
