Yesterday I saw a local television commercial that featured a car dealer talking about vacations and how well people were treated for a couple of thousand dollars and how good it made them feel. He related that to his business and said for 30K plus they wouldn't rush the process but allow the cus...

When you have three consecutive days with temperatures above 90 degrees, it is considered a heat wave. And so in this heat wave that has settled in my area, my gang is on strike. It is always surprising to me when I see someone wax on about how much they loved my post, but fail to like it.While some believe that consistency is a sign of small minds I disagree. If you love a post, the least you can do is like it as well. Just my thinking.............

It was a lovely night at Tanglewood. These two along with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Mozart and Mahler made for a joyful evening. Emanuel Ax, a Polish immigrant, is a Tanglewood fellow and pianist extraordinaire. He is agile and passionate. Michael Tilson Thomas is one of my favorite conducto...

Buying or selling a home is a really big thing. Do you think that rolling the dice makes any sense? I don't. In my experience both personally and professionally when you have a good offer, take it, don't wait to see if something better comes along because it probably won't and you may lose what y...
