We think there is a lot of mis-information in the media regarding Real Estate, and will focus on the market here in Southern New Jersey. Entering April, we have seen a resurgence recently, with more active buyers, a sign the market is warming up with the temperature! We still see more inventory then we would like, but we are evolving to a more balanced market. Your views?
