We are learning about all the different forms of Social Media- you know, Facebook, Twitter, etc.  School is still out on whether this is worth anything, but it's better to not be left behind!

PEMCO's Shannon Judd gave us some training about the entire HUD bidding process.  Her instruction will ease the process quite a bit.  Looking at it from her point of view, I can see the reasons for all the rules and regs that we see on our end.  Very informative! 

The RETech conference was great!  We learned so much about blogging, websites, social media, broker attitudes, agent growth via the internet and much more.  This was well worth the money and the travel.  

Well, according to the weather reports, it arrived.  But half the day was overcast and windy and 50 deg., and the other half was sunny, windy and cool.  The good news is that next week it should be in the 70's here- true spring!
