I just sold a home in Meadow Pointe in 17 days. Easiest transaction I have ever been involved with. Found what the homes were going for in the area and homes sold recently and quoted a price in the lower 30% of the price range. Since the home was priced lower than similar homes( $10,000 - $20,000 )we did not negotiate on the price. Firm offers only. Most homes in this area will usually go for 10 to 20 thousand less than listed price. Why not use the higher priced homes to your advantage. price low and stand firm.
