I looked up the mls this morning for single homes in Abington priced upto $300,000. There are 92 single homes priced upto $300,000 Of these homes 77 homes have a minimum of 3 bedrooms. 44 of the 92 homes have a garage and 77 have a basement. 35 have both garage and basement and atleast 3 bedrooms
