I have finished one and have started my 2nd one. Just when I felt I should be fine, the lenders have changed the rules. I can't touch the equity from project on until I have owned it one year. That refinance would pay for the 2nd one. I have to put that project on hold for 2 more months. Normal real estate stuff I guess.
