You have listed a farm for sale. In your listing packet you have given the buyer your list of tips for preparing their home for sale. But don't forget that selling a horse property is not the same as selling a home. The buyers are more or at least equally interested in the barns and pastures than they are in the house. Of course your sellers should follow your instructions and do the necessary things to present their home to the best advantage.
