The 2008 horseshow season is winding down. Then there will be a few weekends of down time before the 2009 season starts in the beginning of December. This is often a season to say goodby to the good friend that you have shared several years of showing with. Ponies are sadly out grown or a rider is ready to move on to a more challenging mount which will allow them to progress to the next level. Perhaps you have always had your own farm and are used to having your horses at home. The time has come in your life when all the upkeep of such a large property is getting to be too much. BUT how will you asjust to having to commute to a boarding barn and not being able to see your horses whenever you want to?
