Manhattan Loft Market Report
 
Median price, at $1.7 million held relatively firm over both time periods.
At $1,188, loft average price per square foot increased 6% from both Second Quarter 2011 and Third Quarter 2010.
Price growth was most prevalent in the 2,500-plus square foot category; median price increased 11% from last quarter and 13% from a year ago.

soho: SOHO: Manhattan Neighborhood "Localism" Dedicated to Laurie Manny - 09/07/10 05:08 AM
This is an update of a post inspired by my friend Laurie Manny. It was a bitter cold freezing New York day when I took the photos. I had to take off my gloves and the camera froze but it was worth it!
 
Rest in Peace, Laurie.
