Saline, Dexter, Chelsea are charming communities located outside of Ann Arbor. So how are those communities doing in this market? The medium prices have obviously come down the last few months. Dexter has the highest price ranges these past few months.Michigan in general and Saline, Dexter, Chelsea has a seasonal market. It is not unusual to see prices come down.
