At least I tell myself that. Banks seem to be more keen on foreclosing than working out a short sale agreement lately. My latest adventure is with Bank of Utah (bill boards say the friendly bank with smiley managers on them) Right! We have sale approved by the Bank. Closing to be August 27th.
