JoJo's Pizza Kitchen in Brea a business with a heart...a business giving back to the community. We recently enjoyed the giving spirit of JoJo's this week at a fund-raiser for little Katie G., a five year-old Leukemia patient. The Mom's Club of Brea organized and participated in this event on Katie's behalf. A portion of the proceeds from sales that day (lunch and dinner) went to the Katie G. family. The market is open on Tuesdays beginning at 3:00 pm. to 7:00 pm. This is a great place for fresh produce, flowers, live plants, and specialty items. As you can imagine, it was a glorious sight for us all. I took this photo yesterday as I stood at the back of the Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, California. It's a sight I've seen many times and yet I can tell you as a proud American it continues to move me each and every time. The flag is 90 feet tall at is hangs majestically nearing the top of of the cathedral. You can's help but feel a huge lump in your throat and pride in your heart as you experience the Battle Hymn of the Replubic as it's elevated.
