YES, you read that correctly, Placentia home sales for single-family homes increased 5 times for the month of March as compared to February and more than double January's sales. The real estate market report for sales/market activity for March 2008: Single family sales activity in March ~ Asking prices $264,000 to $1,790,000. Springtime in Southern California is such a wonderful time of year. Earlier today during a neighborhood walk the fragrances of the season surrounded me. This time of year so many of our hillsides turn from light green to bright yellow with the mustard in bloom. It seems like this year especially since we had a good year for rain fall. Last week I noticed the wild flower in bloom at the on ramp to the freeway. The inland Antelope Valley looks absolutely spectacular this spring covered with an orange blanket of California Poppies, our state flower.
