Brea's housing inventory appears to be at an all time low when it comes to the number of single family homes for sale any given day during the month of August! When it comes to Brea real estate and homes for sale as a long-time local REALTOR and Broker myself, I've been watching the inventory come and go now for decades in the City of Brea.
