Here it is March 1, 2010, after 17 years of being a broker Iam still excited about the buying and selling of Real Estate.  I live One Day at a Time and my Real Estate philosphy is "Someome is always going to buy or sell no matter what the market is" So hang in there and keep a good positive outlook

Iam sitting in the office right now, its Sunday and I feel good about the market/ we are weeding the agents and brokers who can't hold up and there is more of the pie to go around. After 16 yrs of doing this nothing gets me down. Someone is always buying and selling. I take one day at a time.
