The Invisible Home

My name is Danielle Purcell and I am the broker and owner of Team Laguna Real Estate. Have you ever heard of "The Invisible Home?" This is where the competition likes to do “side deals” when selling a home, making them "invisible" to the average home buyer. I personally believe every property should be listed in the MLS and be available to ALL buyers or tenants - not just a select few. Homes that are not in the MLS are invisible to potential buyers.
