Where is Payson, AZ, and why should I buy a house there?

This was my flower bed this afternoon. The pansies bloom all winter, even though we get down to teens or 20s at night, and get snow. It has melted now, but more snow is probably coming tonight. We are only about 90 minutes drive from Phoenix, but we are 5,000 ft. elevation.
