Seriously, 2011 is gonna suck! In a bigtime way!!!!! Fannie says fundings will be down over 20%! Home values for sure will decline. It'll be a buyer's market, but most people won't buy. Most believe that Fannie is generous in it's estimations. If Fannie is right, then it'll be the first time...
