So the question is "how many times do you follow up with a potential seller or buyer"?  What are your stories, standard of practice & success comments? 

Ever lose out on a listing that you thought you had "in the bag"?  What do YOU think drives sellers to select a listing agent? Commission deals? Thoughts?

What's gonna stop us now? The Dow closed Thursday with a 30+ point gain, to hit a 10th record closing high in a row matching the best streak of consecutive records since 1987. Will buyers be driving the market higher, cashing in gains to buy homes this year.... soon??
