It seems like the temperature is always too high or too low in an office. I am very warm blooded, so I'm always hot. I get really hot, were talking uncomfortable at 70. Many people like it 75 or more in an office, ugghhhhhhh!

Dual agency is an oxymoron anyway. I have never been very comfortable with letting the other agent in my office know anything about my clients side of a dual agency deal.
