Mixing Family and Work... Sometimes that's just the way it is!
Josie, our granddaughter came to spend the week-end with us this week-end.  Josie is a very mature eight years old, very well behaved and knows how to mix into situations.  She's also a charmer in both looks and manners.
 
I had already scheduled out of town clients today, in fact three different out-of-town clients had planned to drive in today to view property.  They had already made their plans and there was no way I was going to cancel or turn them over to someone else.

Don and I want new neighbors so we built a house next to ours and it's available.  It's a cute little two story with 12 bedrooms.  We want specific neighbors.  
We want Purple Martins.
 
Adult males are iridescent, dark blue-purple overall with brown-black wings and tail. Females and immatures are duller, with variable amounts of gray on the head and chest and a whitish lower belly.... read more...
