 I just got an email from a local broker offering a "$10,000 bonus" to a buyer agent who brings in an acceptable offer on a $230,000 property here in the Ann Arbor area.Remember under the REALTOR Code of Ethics a buyer agent doesn't need to disclose that "bonus" to the buyer.I think this is shame...
