I am comparing 2011 with 2012 - in looking at Forsyth County (of which Cumming is the major city), the number of sales are basically flat - increasing from 222 sale in March of 2011 to 225 in March of 2012 - but the average sales price increased by 7.4% from $237,787 to $255,945. I am excited to...
