After reading and watching all the major news events recently, I just realized essentially we just finally decriminalized the 1960's. Rock and roll will never die, marijuana is becoming legal, and free love is becoming a reality.

In real estate, I often see my clients jumping to conclusions. Their perception is their reality. As we start to reach 100 degrees here in Boise, Idaho, my mind starts to wander to far off places . . . how about snow skiing in Iran . . .I don't like it when people typically jump to conclusions ...
