So I was checking in the RMLS today and As of 3/14/2007 at 3:10 PM inventory is:3642 Active listings in Clark County994 Pending listings in Clark CountyThis is not including the NWMLS. It seems like we have a lot of inventory, but business is going fantastic right now.
