Working with a client in the $1.3 to $2.3 million range from Europe.  Is very concerned about investing in US because of political infighting and debt issue!  Has decide to put off making any decision.

Two of Orlando's newest master planned communites are back in the mix.  Old story of once I am here, close the door and no new development! Yes there are issues and they can all be addressed.  Always a mix bag of growth, taxes, environment but in the end to grow you need people and places to live.
