Southern California Home Sales Slow Down

In our office, while the overall sales is still strong, we are seeing that more and more buyers are purchasing in outlying areas, not in the core, Los Angeles & Orange County areas. This fits in with what C.A.R. has found, that the sales are down over 10% year-over-year.
