As of August 30, 2011, There are 401 Active Listings in Clermont area. Sounds like LOTS of Homes need to get sold. Surprisingly only 17 of these listings are REO/Bank Owned Homes and 116 are Short Sale listings. These are only in "34711" zip code. Why take a chance and wait for home prices to dip...
