Just read a story in the paper about the shortages at local food banks.  I think I will speak to the agents in my office about giving what non-perishables and canned goods they can spare.  Just think how much food could be raised if each real estate office would solicit donations from their agent...

I know there are clients that are a breeze.  Look at a few houses, find the perfect one, great inspection, minimal repairs, quick closings.  Cherish those!  But we need to realize that determination also pays off, if not in the time-frame we wish. I have had two clients that literally took years....

At least in my market (Memphis TN), I can't tell you how many homes I pass over due to the agent posting only one photo.  Sometimes, they have more than one photo, but is such poor quality you can't even determine what kind of furniture is in the room.  You don't have to have a professional camer...
