  The neighborhood of Old Ranch/Summit has seen an increase of activity compared to 6 months ago. In the past 6 months, there have been 4 closed sales compared to only 1 sale during the previous 6 month period. That sums up to a total of 4 closed sales for 2012, which remaines unchanged fom 2011....
