The Case Schiller report that tracks sales in 20 U.S. Markets came out today and 19 out of 20 cities tracked have improved sales.  July was the best month of home sales in the past 10 years!  First time homebuyers account for 1 in 3 sales and have really helped to make the market move!

The News Tribune recently posted an article regarding Pierce County condo prices.  The median price of a Pierce County condo rose by 2.9 percent and sales were up 4.7 percent in 2007.  For DuPont the median sales price was $223,743 up 4.1 percent.  That's good news for you sellers and hopefully y...
