Assesment or Maintenance fees are what you pay each month when you purchase a condominium or townhome in some cases. You should always verify with your Agent by checking with the listing Broker to find out what is included. Typically your Common Insurance for the building and water are included. It also should cover electricity for the common areas to depending on the size of the building.
