Of course, we cannot answer that question but, I can tell you that for several years, our residents in Mecklenburg County migrated to the suburbs – some for schools, others for larger lot sizes and the desire to live in a more rural atmosphere. Schools have changed with the times and quite often, there is another announcement of re-districting of the schools, upsetting some homeowners’ apple carts.
