Most realtors look at the real estate market through rose colored glasses. My partner and I take pride in telling our clients and counter parts exactly where the market is without concern of whether or not we're going to earn a commision. We are not just realtors, we are INVESTORS as well. Amazing, we don't just sell the Kool Aid, we drink it too. We don't have to sell real estate, we do it because we enjoy it.
