I just found out from my insurance agent that I was not getting my wind mitigation credit for last year and this year. The underwriters had all the paperwork. Just didn't apply the credit. So do yourself a favor and check it out. I just saved $455.00.

 Should we ask for closing cost or not ask closing cost. If we ask for closing cost on a home we can put in a higher bid. If we don't ask for closing cost our bid is lower. I have done it both ways but was wandering what others think?
