BREAKING NEWS! More doom and gloom hit the air waves today. Today marked the 7th straight day decline for the DOW (the US stock market index), making investors fearful. One year after hitting an all time high on the DOW, the historic slide on Wall Street continues. The economic rescue plan will take time according to President Bush. We are at the beginning of a global recession reportedly. Locally in Ohio, NCR stock dropped a $1 and Vectren stock also fell. "Which of these services is going to be the ONE that sells your home?"
The typical response is muttered, "I don't know!"
Then, I ask, "What if you chose a Realtor that didn't offer that ONE service?"

Not only is marketing important in the sale of a home, but service is just as important. Don't choose a broker based on price. Why choose a Realtor that gives the highest estimate of sale price? The best Realtor will have the best Highest Price Analysis and will be HONEST about the price. Don't choose the Realtor that gives an inflated price and asks to reduce the price down the road. What determines the price a home will sell at? Square footage and location!

The Dragons will play at home again July 23 - 25 versus the Peoria Chiefs, and July 26 - 28 versus the Kane County Cougars. July 25th at 10 am enjoy breakfast and get autographs from Dayton Dragons players at the Bob Evans located at 1600 W 1st St in Springfield. I am a 20 year resident of the Dayton, Ohio area near Wright Patterson Air Force Base and I know from personal experience there is a lot going on in Dayton, Ohio. For fun, The Greene in Beavercreek is great for dining out, watching a movie, laughing at a comedy club, or checking out the nightclub scene. Downtown Dayton there are many art galleries, especially in the Oregon District. Where is the best pizza place in your neck of the woods?
In the Dayton, Ohio area I think the best pizza can be found at Doubleday's in Centerville. My favorite pizza at Doubleday's is a greek version with gyro meat, garlic sauce instead of marinara, feta cheese, and diced tomatoes. It is absolutely the best pizza in Dayton, Ohio!
I recently traveled to New York City and visited Lombardi's, America's first pizzaeria. Another great pizza joint! I highly recommend it!
