Currently there are 17 homes on the market in Jefferson county, Washington that are priced over $1,000,000 with an average time on the market of 480 days and an average price per square foot of $520.  In the last year only 9 homes have sold in Jefferson county over $1,000,000 with an average time...

January was tepid with only 4 houses sold in the city limits of Port Townsend in the NWMLS.  Phone and showing traffic is up the last 2 weeks.  Spring is here and things should be ok this year with interest rates down and a large inventory.  Good time for Buyers!
