Since the high in November 2007 ($761.96/LIVsqft), Las Olas Grand condo prices have perhaps reached the bottom ($221.79/LIVsqft) last September.  Both condos sold in October closed off the bottom, averaging $308.32/LIVsqft.  No sales are pending.  25 condos are available for sale, averaging $423....
