The Royal Bank, TD Canada Trust and the CIBC have raised their 5 year mortgage rates by .25% to 5.44% today. BMO and Scotiabank have yet to follow suit. However, that is an indication of the direction of the market and some confirmation that there is strength in the economic recovery.
