Sold homes in North Salt Lake decreased 11% from 55 to 49.  Median sold price increased 1% and average sold price of North Salt Lake homes jumped more than $40,000.

Layton Real Estate sold the most homes in the county, but decreased by 17%.  Layton homes sold at decreasing prices as well, with median prices slipping just below $200K.

Kaysville Real Estate experienced one of the larger decreases in homes sold, dropping 27%.  Median sold price of Kaysville homes slipped $20,000 but average sold price increased about 3%.

Farmington real estate was one of the few to have an increase in homes sold.  Sold price, however, followed the norm by decreasing.  Median price went from $299,000 to $269,678 and average price of Farmington homes went from $338,338 to $293,298.

Seven fewer homes in Clinton sold, causing a decrease of 8%.  Sold price of Clinton houses decreased a few thousand dollars and inventory is at six months.

Number of homes in Clearfield that sold didn't really change.  Prices of Clearfield Real Estate both decreased, but by less than 10%.

Real Estate in Centerville decreased by one quarter in the second quarter of 2010.  Price of homes in Centerville also decreased, but by fewer than 3%.

Median price didn't see much of a change but the average price of Bluffdale homes decreased about 5%.  The number of homes sold decreased 20% but that actually only turns out to be only 6 fewer homes in Bluffdale.

The year is more than half way over. For Logan Real Estate we have some good news, and some not so good news. Overall, real estate sales have been substantially up this year, but a lot of these sales can be attributed to the government tax credits, and their expiration happening in the first half...
