USDA Rural Development Loan, this is nusured program from the Federal Gvt. They take buyers that have no credit score requirments (a true zero score program) The rates are in the low 6.5% range with NO MI. If I would have had a client tell me about this loan, I would have said it to good to be true. This loan saves thousands in intrest and Mortgage insurance. This is better than FHA. I think this might be the best purchase program availible today!

Getting a deal most brokers never heard of. I have had clients tell me they were getting a rate or a program that sounded impossible. I now have a loan program that sounds the same, its very difficult to get clients to understand the VALUE we are offering.
