I wanted to update this week's Rate Watch because we got some good news yesterday. We got inflation numbers and they came in at 7.1% which was under the projection of 7.3%. Probably not enough to have the FED increase .25 tomorrow, but certainly should guarantee a .50 increase and not .75 points...
