I have known William for nearly ten years, since he first helped me buy a townhome in San Diego's beautiful University Canyon West in spring of 1998. At the time I was planning on selling another condo in San Diego, and I was so impressed with his business acumen and winning personal presence that I listed it through him. In the ensuing many years we have remained in touch, talking at least once or twice a year about real estate and many other matters. I have come to consider William a true friend, a person I can trust and count on for excellent advice.

When I decided to sell my townhome in University Canyon in fall 2006, I called William. Wisely he recommended that I wait until spring (the market was in the early stages of its recent slowdown). Even in this current down market. I was absolutely delighted, having anticipated having the property on the market into the summer months.

William shepherded the sale through escrow, always keeping my interest foremost in mind. I never for a moment worried that something would be overlooked or mishandled. I realized an ample return on the townhome, even though the market well into its current contraction. When I get ready to buy again in San Diego, William will be my real estate agent and friend. I wanted to let people know about my experience of working with William Johnson.

I decided to put my place up for sale this last year (2006). Obviously it wasn't the greatest time to sell for the Southern California market (down market). In the later part of 2004 I decided to move to Austin, Texas and rented my place out for the first year to make sure of my move. After thinking long and hard, I put it up for sale mid 2006. The reason I tell you this is, all my dealing with William were not in person, all over the phone long distance.Within my complex there were two real estate agents that really worked our complex.
I decided to choose William Johnson. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. He worked my place, many open houses, to continue to drive the slow market. You will never have a question or request go unanswered. You will have all the information you ever need and more. You will have a great handyman to fix the place up on small things if you need it. Everything was done ethically and professionally!
