Sean Whiteley is the driving force behind growing RealtyTracker into the leading online lead generation service that it is today. Mr. Whiteley oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and dictates the overall strategic direction. Prior to starting RealtyTracker, Mr. Whiteley was with Universal Music Group as a Senior Director of Operations, where he managed the launch of the Universal Music Store, the company’s new avenue for selling music and memorabilia to the public. Mr. Whiteley also served as Vice President of Operations of Xdrive Technologies, where he was instrumental in supporting the company’s growth from zero to ten million customers with over 265 employees. Mr Whiteley has an M.B.A from the University Of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, as well as a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
