Weaver Insurance Agency, Inc is the second oldest independent insurance agency in the Hickory, Catawba County area of NC.  It was formed by Bill Weaver, a well known professor at Lenoir Rhyne College in Hickory NC around 1920.. He later sold the agency to his long time employee, Edna Biggs... Mrs. Biggs ran the agency until 1991 when she sold it to Roger & Cheryl Gilliam and they added Gilliam & Associates to the Weaver Insurance umbrella..  They continue to provide the personal care and service to their insurance clients.

Being an independent insurance agency allows us to represent many different insurance companies to bring you the best coverages at the best prices.
